L2Noobwars is a Lineage 2 server on the Interlude chronicle with an x7 experience multiplier. The server opened on 3 April and is running. This is the first launch of this project that we know of.
x7 is a mid multiplier: levelling is noticeably faster than classic, but the economy and crafting still work. Interlude is the busiest Lineage 2 chronicle: it accounts for about half of all openings, and the spread of multipliers here is wider than anywhere else. The build runs with additions — content layered on top of the original chronicle: zones, items, sometimes reworked classes. The exact list is on the project's site. Declared features: PvP. The announcement is confirmed by 8 independent listing sites — that counts towards the server rating.
