What we can actually do
The useful requests, in order of how often they arrive:
- Wrong data — the date, chronicle or rates on a card do not match reality. Say what is wrong and what it should be; a link to the announcement helps.
- Remove a card — you own the project and do not want it listed. We remove it; no proof of ownership ritual, the cost of a mistaken removal is lower than the cost of an unwanted listing.
- Add a server — we collect from announcement sites, so the fastest route is a link to a page where the launch is already announced.
What to expect
There is no support desk and no SLA. Requests are read; the ones with a concrete fix in them get acted on. An email address is required: both of the common requests — removing a card and correcting a date — need an answer, and without an address the message goes one way only.
Data corrections land on the site at the next crawl, not instantly: cards are rebuilt on a schedule.
